The project will involve a comprehensive analysis of both acts, identifying areas of conflict and proposing amendments or guidelines that harmonize their objectives. This initiative provides learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of family law and social services, fostering skills in legal analysis, policy development, and collaborative problem-solving.

The project will culminate in a detailed report outlining the identified conflicts between the BCFLA and CFCSA, along with proposed amendments or guidelines for alignment. Additionally, a presentation will be prepared to communicate the findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
