Creating Graphic Design Assets
Our company is looking to design assets, of product sample pouches; labels for sample jars, and boxes that will be used to send these to B2B retail buyers and for B2C for sampling our products. This may involve: Creating new sample packages for branded labels; pouches; and boxes to package them in, but still aligned with our existing branding including fonts, colors, logo usage and imagery to be used. Meeting with the project manager to evaluate the choices made for the branding book to ensure it is aligned with company branding goals. Designing and presenting thumbnails for design assets based on the branding guide to be included in a proposal and presented to the project manager. Executing the full designs for each branding asset in appropriate design file, based on the approved thumbnails.

We would like students to help us with create a strategy for launching a CBD infused body product line that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. B2B - Sales Incentives Program (Distribution to Bricks & Mortar)
Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations with our outsourced Sales & Distribution teams. In this project, student will create a Sales Incentive program that is tier based to incentivize current sales & distribution teams in their sales process. The incentives will be for: 1) sales representatives 2) store listings You will develop a tiered incentive program and a new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating an updated sales process handbook.
